Native has PhD, lived abroad, had bad divorce and had to flee country back to India. Cannot go back. Has 2 kids he has not seen or spoken since they were very young tots. He occupied house left to him and 2 sisters by demised parents. He manipulated consent of sale from the sisters and sold the family house for at least 1 crore. Bought another house with only part of the money and remaining money he put in his account so that he can have a nice life. He conned the sisters and put the second house, only on his own name. He has not worked after returning to India and lives off money accrued by house sale.
My questions: 1) Will he sell the second house also to move into an apartment so that he can get some more money to live on? Or is there some legal obstacle posed by sisters?
2) how is remaining Shani dasa and how will Mer dasa be for him?
3) can you discuss the horoscope of this unique individual with respect to planetary positions?

It looks highly possible that he would try to sell the house during Sep-2013 - Oct - 2014.
It appears to me that his attempt to sell the house could have started in sep-2013.
It is better for his sisters to scuttle his attempt.
