Analysis for the kids:
1. From Lagna (Also from Moon) 5H contain 3 retro malefic planets (even more malefic). The saving grace is Jup but here it is acting as 12L too. There is an exchange between 5L Sun & 12L Jup. Further 5H is aspected by 6L Mer.
So all possible damage.
2. From Karakamansha this combination is repeated. 5H contain 6L Ven and 8L Moon but again it is aspected by Jup.
3. In D-7, natal 5L Sun is debi. But here 5L Mer is posited in Lagna and LL Ven is in 4H.

The current dasha is Rahu-Sat
Both are posited in 5H and hence can give results of kids.
But as of now double transit of Sat & Jup are not connecting to 5H/L.
One more thing u shd get the results when both Jup & Sat are retro.
Both these things happen in Mar-Apr 2015 when Sat from Scopio in retro motion will aspect your 5H and Jup from Cancer in retro motion will aspect 5L Sun. The PD at this time will be Ven who's Lagna of D-7 (Also posited in 5H from Karakamansha).

I feel the solution is not in the medical field but in acceptance and asking for the forgiveness. First you must accept that this is coz of some of ur past lives karma, of course which you do not remember; but there is no anomaly in HIS mathemetics of karmic law. Now you've to take some remedial measures. The first is to serve. Serve the kids who need your support. Feed them, give them clothes. I shall also ask you to recite Santaan Gopal mantra on daily basis irrespective of whatever medical interventions you take (keep working on that too). Acc to you you're facing problems in profession since the advent of Sat dasha i.e. May 2003. So since last 11 years you are facing troubles in career.
Well, seems somewhat unreasonable as Sat went thru many stages in this time period.
Then Sat is ur YK too. In ur chart, Sat is very close to the degrees of lagna making it very strong.
It got average strength of 4/28 in SAV as well as in Shadbala & Vimshopak bala.

In ur chart, 10L Sat is in Lagna and LL Ven aspects 10H. This is a excellent rajyoga
for obtaining name & fame in the lifetime. This shd happen in the dasha of either Ven or Sat.

From Jamini point of view, from 2005 it was Scorpio dasha where from Amk Ven is in 10H, so again 2005-12 shd be a gud time for ur career.

But since u've not faced any such results, so I'm not able to read ur chart.

At 18-00 the lagna is Scorpio. So first u need to be sure about ur DOB. of Sat
Anyway, ur question is abour the conjunctio of AK Ven and AmK Sat, this is always gud. However this comjunction is aspected by GK debi Mars and MK Mer. Aspect of GK Mars will give some sort of problems.

The other questions can be asnwered only if TOB is correct else it'll just be a wild guess.
Plz seek help from experts regarding the correctness of ur TOB.

The most striking feature of of his chart is the exchange between the 5L Moon and 7L Ven. This indicates the problems regarding kids.
Here Lagna & Karakamansha lagna are the same so the combination confirms again.
Same analysis from Jup, karaka for kids.
From Arush lagna Sagittarius, 5L Mars is in 4H but 8L Moon aspect 5H
In D-7, LL Ven is placed in 8H, this repeats the indication in kids. Here 5L Sat is aspected by LL/8L Ven and 6L Jup.

So again & again the same indications are present.
Well, all combination can be changed thru sincere devotion.
Plz go thru the remedy suggested by me with fullest faith in him.

Thank you for looking into my chart. Also good to know that you are positive about my sat dasha....I too have done some r & d on sat placement in my chart and feel the only thing which would have hurt is that sat in in MKS and bocos of this has been unable to give good results.

Your current Jamini dasha is Sagittarius-Pisces
There are 6 planets in ur dual signs so tremendous energy present here. From MD rashi Sagittarius, 10H contain AmK Sat and PL Mars (this is a Jamini rajyoga). 10H also aspected by AK Sun and BK Mer. So all are indicating for a gud time in career.
Since AD is of Pisces which is in mutual aspect relation with MD rashi Sagi, results from many spheres of life will come, main will be career. BK generally gives results of 3H which here can be taken as journey too.
The next AD is Aquarius (from Oct 2014-Aug 2015) which is aspected by DK Moon and MK Jup. This can be a gud time for marriage related results. However GK is present in Aquarius so nothing wil come easy even then.
