Unemployment of repetitive nature

Respected Members,

A friend of mine, despite being skilled, keeps on going jobless from time to time. Would be great if an analysis is provided why such a thing is repetitive in nature ? Please suggest whether a business or a job is good and when would any of these happen?

Ashtama sani is on. Earlier dasa was that of sun , who is placed in 12th - loss. The present dasa appears to better,
since jupiter is exalted in the 2nd house of bank balance. As slowly the ashtama sani looses its grip, things should
turn better. When jupiter moves in kataka in just a few months, he might get another better opportunity.

Business is not advisable in the present scenario.

Thanks for caring to reply! Would it be possible to exact the time by when he would be in a job again? Also, I 'd like to request to tell why he has this cycle of employment n unemployment and any remedies to overcome that.
