Reduced Effects of manglik dosha after age of 28:IS IT TRUE

Dear sir ,
I have a keen interest in astrology as it give a wide knowledge of planets and houses,on human life.There fore I just wanted to know that, if a person have a Strong manglik dosha, does that person's manglik dosha reduces after the age of 28,as astrologers say regarding this matter.
If a person has manglik dosha,Is that person's manglik dosha reduces or cancelled after divorce.
Please any of the astrologer here,answer to my query,and tell me that do I have a Manglik dosha or its effect is reduced now as per my birth chart.What are the methods to reduce its effect,should I follow such methods.
