Purchasing land or Flat

In my family they have planned to sell the independent house which is in north Chennai and buy a property and construct a new house in south Chennai. We have seen some of the astrologers for this; some says going for Flat type is good for your family instead of constructing a new house. We are very much confused in it. Can any one help me out in this.
We have now seen a land with north facing.

Thanks for the reply.. I like to know why they advice me to go for flat.. Is there any parigaram can be done for it.. Is there any specific reason for not going to independent house.. If it like that..can i register the housein my wife name.

There is no guide line in vedic astrology to suggest that one should buy only a flat and not a separate land/house. Such astrologers are using their new found logic and reasons. Use your wisdom and see which is better.

All flats are sold with a minimum of 30% profit. Also, the quality will be below average, and in 15 years the building will become too old to be of any value, except the ground. You can't sell the ground as it is owned by all flat owners. You will regret it later. Find any builder through your friends circle to know the truth. Take time to decide.

Whose property is being sold now ? If it is yours, then there is some meaning in looking into your chart.
