Does this chart show promise in Business? How will his career be during the next 2 years financially?

Background: Currently, working in a small job for the last 3-4 years (related to airport freight handling and other miscellaneous). Wants to see whether he can get into business related to either Website development related or Solar installation related and succeed. This is my nephew's chart.
