hi peoples.. Been almost 15 years that my family is abroad, but we still couldn't buy any house there... and my family is depressed about it... will i buy house anytime soon ? or will i ever buy house in foreign land ?... :(

My Birth details: 2nd April 1990, 13:50pm Pondicherry..

Yes, it is possible .....You can pray lord Durga ma on Tuesdays and Fridays.... Venus the 4th house lord is in trik house i.e 8th house.

Mercury periods can bring fortune to buy house. Now presently Mercury antar dasha and it will last till may 2015...so you can keep your hopes alive.

But what does that really mean, venus the 4th house lord in trik house (8th) ? can you explain this, please, how will i buy my house ?

Friend Venus rules 4th house of land, house, property etc.... Trik house is the unfavorable house. 6th house, 8th , 12th houses are trik houses. planets posited in these houses produces negative effects.

All i can say that you can be hopeful of buying a home.

In Navamsa i have saturn in 4th house in capricorn.. Mars aspecting it from 10th house...
And in D4 Chatrusamsa chart, i have saturn in 4th house in capricorn also... Mars aspecting it from 10th house...

In both chart, D9 and D4, if i count 4 from 4th house, i have Mercury in Aries.
And in D1 if i count 4 from 4th house, i have Mars, Saturn, Rahu in Capricorn. (According to Kapiel Raaj, if 4th house doesnt show me anything, must do this) Mars is still aspecting Mercury in 10th house.

Also in Lagna D1, if i turn my chart, make my Saturn mahadasha house (with rahu and mars in it) as Ascendant/Lagna house, 4 house from Lagna i have Mercury in Aries in 4th, with Mars Aspecting it.

Same in Navamsha and D4 charts... there also, mars is aspecting Mercury in 4th house..

Is Mercury Antar dasha the key ?
