What is divisional chart?

in every chart we have 12 houses and in Parashari method every house is equal and of 30Deg. so 12 houses together completes 360
now to have the microscopic view of our charts and our future past prediciton we further divide those houses..... so when we divide each hous half means 15 Deg each then we call it D2 or Hora.... one third of each house means 10DEG each which is called D3 OR Dreshkona .... we can further divide each house in 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12, so on so forth..... more division more minute way to look at the chart for different perspective. as we know D9 or Navamsa in which each division is having 3.20Deg is for ur inner characteristics and marriage aspect. D10 for profession.
thats how divisional charts r made of and their purpose are different.
