In general, if the soul, mind and body are directed towards serving the God , spiritualism is possible. I am devotional and want to engage in myself in humanitarian service activities such as setting up orphanages / old age homes or service centers that take care of sick persons like cancer patients. I have completed about 12.5 years out of 19 years of my Saturn dasa. I am not sure whether some of thoughts are influenced due to Saturn dasa and life events during Saturn dasa. I would like to know whether my horoscope supports my thinking and whether I will be able to succeed in a meaningful and sustained way to undertake such projects? Whether I will be able to succeed to manage financial commitments to take care of my family and these organizations? I sometimes wonder and worry looking at my twelvth chart due to high malefic influence there. Hope this info helps

If Lagna lord associates with Sun, spiritual advancement is possible. !2 house shows hospitals. So your service to sick people will be good start. Saturn shows sick people and he is your atmakaraka , the ruler of your soul.
