For the professional/career query, pls post in the relevant forum for
a member to respond.
How long have you been going on with this separation or divorce; I would advise you
to get divorced first without looking at 2nd marriage when times may obviously be
unfavourable. You should give things a break. Or it could might end up from frying
pan to the fire.

Can you kindly inform me on the law of the country, that both of you now reside in,
regarding the time divorce is granted after a certain period of separation, e.g. after
two years of living apart is it ?
Where do you live at the moment where divorce proceedings
are taking place ?
I now remember advising you on your question of whether the marriage can be reconciled.
I think it was on another forum and therefore you have remembered me. I know your query
now is when the legal separation will be granted.
I hope you have come to terms that a reconciliation is not possible, and I advised that the two of you
are not compatible according to the 2 charts. I now recall that both had the same dates of birth excepting
the time difference and both in Calcutta.

I regret that time does not permit me to do detailed analyssis.
I can only lookinto one aspect and question.
I only work on the open forum.
You are presently under the Mercury MD which is combust and prayers and
mantras to Lord Vishnu is recommended. This is a benefic but weak.
Also to Mahalakshmi devi for Venus which is your lagna lord which is a functional malefic for your chart.
Jupiter is a functional malefic and is in the 7H with the ill effects of Ketu.
So you need to pray and do mantras to Lord Brihaspathi and Lord Ganesh.
Mars is functional malefic of 12H and is placed in house of family close to midpoint and
is causing the manglik influence for your chart. So find a partner who is also manglik before
getting married and not make mistakes. Pray to Lord Karthikeya/Subramaniam.
Please see my post on Mantras for Planets in this forum and do the DAILY prayers and mantras
the above deities all your life. Doing worship with mother from time to time and pariharas is
good, but the simple prayers and mantras daily to all the 9deities and Lord Hanumanji is your
assurance.
I know that you want to get married again and have a child which is your motive, which is reasonable.
The coming sub periods are quite challenging and that is why I have asked you to do the prayers and
mantras to all the planetary periods you will be facing.
Unfortunately, the benefic planet Mercury is combust, the next is Ketu and Venus MDs which are
challenging. Even Saturn, where the period is far off, and a yogakaraka planet for the chart is placed
in a dusthana 6H.
Over all you have to understand, accept and turn to the creator who can only help you with your effort
