Ketu conjunct Venus in Lagna? What results?

I'm studying random charts by strangers whom I have not met. I'm wondering what comes of the native with Venus Conjunct Ketu in the lagna. It is said Ketu can make one's look thin and pale in the lagna, while venus can make one physically attractive here. So perhaps this person is thin and pale looking, but attractive as well maybe.

I am looking at a chart of a Capricorn Lagna with Ketu & Venus Conjunct. He also has the Sun in Lagna, but it is far from venus+Ketu so neither are combust. What should I be able to make of this native according to his lagna alone. Any thoughts as to the physical and non physical traits of this combination?
