I have been working for the last 3 years in the US(Boston) but have not been able to even save a dime. I love my job and work in online advertising. I am now moving to Australia (Melbourne) for a similar job. Will I be monetarily rich in life? Will Australia be a luckier place for me. I also have hopes of starting my own business will that be a possibility? Please analyse my chart I will be really thankful.

I am not an expert in astrology by any means but i will try to highlight a few general wealth prospects in your chart.
Lagna is vargottama, hence strong which is the foundation for sustenance of health wealth and well being.
LL moon in 3rd house (kanya rashi) aspected by exalted venus the 4 & 11th lord and 2nd lord sun. moon is nuetral to venus and friendly with sun. moon in kanya rashi is also not problematic. so overall this is a good combination. 2nd and 11th lord in 9th is a big positive for generating income and wealth (im guessing thanks to higher learning as it is in the 9th house?) jupiter also aspecting moon is a positive. jupiter in 9th makes you a fortunate man, that is quite blessed in this life.
