Not sure about the combinations of black magic in chart. All of the above can happen without black magic also. But as I have an interest&belief in black magic&witchcraft, I would suggest you get in touch with mantrik if you feel so. In the above mentioned symptoms for fear,anxiety,hallucinations,health problems I would suggest to strengthen your vital organs of your body (brain, heart, liver, kidney) and you can observe the change. For that herbs like brahmi, arjuna, dhathu poshti churan or legiyam will be of help. Or you can get in touch with an ayurveda or unani or siddha doctor who can suggest you remedies. According to your Chart , From 2011 you are going through Phase of Venus Mahadasha and Saturn Antardasha ,
Saturn is Lord of 6th house ( House which represents Enemies , Accidents ( to some Extent ) and our Fears and Health Issues )
Your Saturn is in Own house in 6th house which shows Good sign to some Extent but it is also having sun in that same house ,
Sun and Saturn are Enemies ... so Saturn is little disturbed so you are facing this things in this period
And Your Venus Which is owning Mahadasha now , is also not so Strong , It is having 1.44 degree ( Out of 30 Degrees )
and Shad bala is also low (0.9)
so According to me when this Venus - Saturn Phase will be over you will feel Better ...
Your Saturn Antardasha started in 03-02-2011 and it will be completed in 04-04-2014 ...
so till than you should take care and after that you will be fine ...
And Black Magic Thing ... well It may be existing somewhere but It is not in your case , It is just Saturn Influence not more than it according to me ...

I am a passionate vedic astrologer, still learning and always more to learn and new to the forum, love this place already and very impressed with the members, information and ofcourse Vaughn Paul Manley.
I have actually studied INTENSELY people's chart who were victims of black magic and here are my thoughts.
1/ Rahu is the main supporter and planet to be focused for BLACK MAGIC as he is the HEAD of black magic. So if one is running Rahu MAHADASHA and if he the Rahu Dosham then the effect will be strong on him.
2/ Rahu and Jupiter placements are to be seen in the Lagna chart to see indications of Black magic like for example in houses and especially 6, 8 & 12 with a quadrant position between Rahu and Jupiter.
3/ Also anyone who have RAHU DOSHAM in their birth chart have chances of being afflicted with black magic but again chart needs to be analyzed and has to be potent and strong.
If anyone have questions, I will be more than happy to interpret charts for finding black magic influences
Any other thoughts from others, most welcome.

you dont have any abhichara/black-magic yoga as per the chart,you can chant pachamukhi hanuman kavach daily to come out of that imaginations.

Two big things are indicated in the chart . Close conjunction of Mars and Rahu in 5th house and Sun -Saturn Conjunction in 6th house....Not good......at least 5th house has aspect of Jupiter , but no such aspect on 6th house.
Since Sun the lagna lord is in 6th house along with his bitter enemy Saturn , so you have to take care of yourself.
Daily Surya Namaskar and you can wear Ruby Gemstone .....
If possible on Saturdays you can do Taila Abhiskekham for Saturn.

Hence Guru Chandala Dosham and forefather's curse on native.
Also 5th Lord is vakri.
9th Lord Kuja in 5th House and Guru aspects 5th house from lagna and therefore Kuja is connected to lagna.
Kuja is badhakapati for Simha lagna and he with Rahu in fifth house... more dreadful
Now we look your LL Ravi is with Shani and aspecting Chandra... mind related graha
Ravi +Shani is a curse from father's side.. if we loo.
