Hi All,
Seek your opinion on my career. Getting decent income so far, but never thought like i am actually progressing / stabilizing in my career. I am also running Ketu Mahadasha which will end in Feb, 2014. Is the current state due to Ketu MD as ketu is in 7th house (which is 10th from the 10th house) ?
At workplace, my opinion is valued and looked upon as the person with potential but it is not transforming into something material.
Please advise.

hi Rahul 2012, your horoscope is one of the horoscopes that i would keep in my research data. having gone through similar such horoscopes i have generally found that such people won't get a job easily. they won't be able to earn the amount of money they deserve. they won't get credit for their job.
while with venus sitting strong, this gets mitigated to some extent, but still i am surprised why you earn decent income. i can understand by seeing your sun and Jupiter that why your opinion is valued but again, the sun is under the aspect of rahu and Saturn with mars in 4th house from the sun. why you got all this. moon, the second house lord is debilitated in the sixth.
i will keep thinking on this and i am sure there would be something i am missing out. i shared all this with you because you seem to have knowledge of astrology (you talked about ketu mahadasha). lastly, if i am not wrong such people would quit their job in aggression and would regret later.
time for you after February 2014 should be bright as you said.

Thanks for looking into my chart. I am very new to astrology and don't have enough knowledge.
Regarding moon - moon being in weak sign and in dusthana, doesn't it become exalted ? As per new Krushnamurthy paddhati, moon is sitting in 5th house.
Regarding job - i never felt stability so far. But by God's grace, i was never jobless. I am getting decent income but it is not getting transformed into some asset. I hope it was only due to Ketu Mahadasha which doesn't let you acquire any asset.
Regarding sun being eclipsed by Rahu - i read somewhere that after 32 years of age, rahu starts removing eclipse over Sun. Will this benefit. Also, as per new KP chart, Sun is sitting in 12th house, Rahu in 1st house in ardra nakshatra.
Venus is vargottama as Venus in in Vrishabha in navamsa chart in 3rd house. Also, as per new KP chart, Venus is in 11th house. Do you see Venus beneficial for career in upcoming Venus Mahadasha ?

Sun and Rahu closely conjunct , confidence will be less. Saturn and Mars closely conjunct in 4th house, less peace at home or home place.
In my opinion you will leave for abroad in Venus Maha Dasha and settle there permanently. Happiness and peace also indicated in foreign country. Lagna lord and 4th lord Mercury in 12th house makes the person leave his home country .
In home country you will not be happy and obstacles will be many.

The Ketu Mahadasha is almost over, still not much has changed as far as career is concerned.
Considering about shift in career now, which is a bit risky thing to do now. Going for higher education may help me to switch career. Do i have any chance of going for higher education now and securing better career opportunity ?

First do not mix kp and traditional principles. Though both have same foundation applied techniques are quite different.
Placement of both sat/mars two trika lords in fourth is not good for stability in career and moon in sixth will give some testing moments in life. Current ven dasha will be good. Yes, go for higher education if money is not a hindrance; but first watch job market situations.
Coming Transit of jup in cancer i.e. after june 2014 will be favourable for you.
