Ketu/Rahu and Kundalini -Am I sick or am I waking up?

Am I sick or am I waking up? The other day I could feel it in my hands. It was like the energy was shooting out my palms like I feel when I heal someone. But I hadn't been doing that at that moment, I was in my car. I asked myself- why am I supercharged? That is exactly what it felt like. I was not channeling any energy at that moment, just driving. So I wondered, am I sick? I looked up this phenomenon online and although I am somewhat familiar with what kundalini is, I haven't heard much about how people experience this.
I am experiencing Ketu dasa/Rahu bhukti. I guess in the past 6 weeks, one might say I have been through some trauma within my past relationship with significant other and children.
Please if you could, could someone check my chart and tell me if I am sick or waking up?

hi occamsrazor, what you said is your experience. many people experience it differently and I have rarely found two people telling the same experience however they all tell the wave of energy passing through their body. this may happen anytime. not necessarily when you were meditating. so no worries. some people experience extreme cold or hot while some feel something moving inside their body. everyone has it differently. when I used to meditate I could hear some voices with no one around. I used to hear them even when I was not meditating.

you are running through ketu - Jupiter - rahu dasha. ketu is the planet that has this ability to grant one person with spiritual abilities. without the support of ketu it is very difficult. with ketu in the seventh, rahu in the ascendant, Jupiter in the 4th and Saturn in the 8th, this should be a very good time for spiritual practices.

at the same time there would be confusion in relationships and partnerships (if any) however things will get sorted out in the end.

thank you so much for responding. yes i am also going through a period of confusion in relationships. how long will that last? i have no idea if my relationship is permanently broken. i am trying to respect his feelings and know that ketu gives separation from loved ones, but he is being wishywashy sometimes saying things that make me think he wants me back, even though he moved out.
