return back to india/settle in usa?

Hi

I have been living in usa from 2003 , got married and wife has been living with me since 2010.
I'm having a tough situation with my immigration and overall my business is struggling and wife is not able to get a job .Will my extension get approved. Will I get my immigration approved and settle in USA.Waiting for a good period.
Please let me know.

My date of birth: August 6th 1980, 11:02 am , ERODE,INDIA

Thanks for the response, I have applied and still waiting for the response.Hopefully it goes thru.
You mentioned about Natal chart and its positions. Im new to the astrology learning ,trying to figure the basics.
So natal chart and its positions makes more impact than rashi chart or is it same? Im trying to understand if you can explain.

In my rashi chart the 4th house lord is in 12 th house and my lagna lord is in 9th house,all the sites and forum was talking if the 4th house is in 12th house, then there are more chances of foreign settlement? I have been out of motherland for 10 years!

Also in my bhava chart my 3rd lord and 6th lord(GURU) is in 12th house, but in my rashi chart is in 11th house, and have GURU MD running, Am I going to have litigation issues and lot of enemies.
Is it going to be hard till end of guru dasha?

My visa extension got denied.I have to return back to India.I dunno if I will be able to return back to India.my business,my house and my career in jeopardy.Things got worse.I dunno if it's effect of transit planets or my dasha effects.Please help me ,if this is temporary or a Permanent Return.

It is a temporary return . January to February wil take you back to abroad.

My husband name : kiran kumar , dob: July 18 th 1976 , time : 12:10 pm , place : chennai, India.

My husband is in usa . We got married in the year 2010 feb 17 and I joined him to USA . We occasionally kept on having problems but everything gets convinced . Suddenly a problem arose between us and he even prepared divorce notice and later stopped everything. Now for the past 7 months am away from my husband . He is still in USA. Am in India . Now he says he will once for all come to India and stay together here. He started selling all the things. He has a very nice job there. But he is in the mood to resign .
