Important Questions:

1. What ayanmsa do you use for the creation of the birth chart? Tropical(Sayana) or Sidereal?
2. For the vimshotarri, you use sidereal nakshatras. However, what is the number of days basis? 360 days or 365? I take 360.

It seems that in the astronomy books, we should be using tropical rashis for the creation of chart and sidereal nakshatras for the vimshotarri dasha.

Let me know please; i think this is probably the most important questions because its the basis of any astrological inference.

1. Is buying and selling of property good work for me? As Mars lord of 4th and exalted in 1st house forming Ruchka MP Yoga and he is also lord of 11th that is income? So income (11th) from 4th (property) ?
(I did noticed till now that I earned good from buying/selling property. Only problem is there come some obstacles and loss of small amount of money in one way or other.)
2. Its better for me to buy already build property or buying land and after construction?

Yugesh, because your mars is very strong with mercury you can do anything you want with regard to properties. However, Saturn(2L) aspect Mars (11L/4L) which will delay your hopes and wishes, Saturn has a cooling effect on fiery planets which I think is a good thing because it stops people from becoming overzealous.

So overall mars is very active in my horoscope. please share your views on positive and negative effects of mars in 7th house.

thank you sir. would you classify my sasa yoga is weak/middling/or strong? I know Shani plays a vital role in my chart because it provides NBRY to lagna lord and 9th lord. i'm currently in Shani dasha for the next 19 years so i'm hoping to benefit from it financially.
