Please urgent help needed re: potential for healthy progeny

Dear learned forum members,

This young gentleman wants to get married but his sister has mental disability which is putting off all prospective brides. Please analyse his chart and let me know if he can have healthy children. One alliance is progressing well but the issue of the sister's disability is casting a shadow over the proceedings.

DOB 06/01/1986

TOB: 14:45 hrs

POB: Chennai India.

In rasi chart, ascendent is taurus, 5th lord is in 8th with sun and venus. 5th house is aspected by Jupiter which is debilitated in Capricorn.
In Saptamsa, asc is sagittarius, 5th house has moon and venus and 5th lord is in 3rd.

Could the learned members please guide this young man about his prospects of getting good healthy children please?

his younger sister is having disability or older sibling... I think it is younger sister...

Yes absolutely correct, it is his younger sister, she is 9 years younger than him. So does his horoscope indicate that he will have healthy children?

I cannot guarantee ....Children may not be illustrious but health wise OK ....He can wear Emerald ring for the well being of his children.
