what would be the effect of 3rd & 8th lord Mars debilitated in 11th house in Cancer (placed along with Rahu)? 11th lord moon unafflicted, is in it's mooltrikona in 9th house taurus aspected by jupiter from Lagna? Kindly throw some light on this debilitation of Mars?

Debiliated Mars will ruin significations of 3H(valour/bravery, labour) & 8H(inheritance, longevity) but Moon will protect it to some extent.
Comet Shoemaker–Levy 9 was a comet that broke apart and collided with Jupiter in July 1994, providing the first direct observation of an extraterrestrial collision of Solar System objects. Shoemaker-Levy 9 was the ninth comet discovered by Gene shoemaker.

thank you fluid.. can you give me a little idea about BAV & SAV values for all houses & planets? My 11th house SAV is 46 & Mars BAV is 7. I want to know for other houses & planets as well...
