I am applying for MBA in a foriegn university next year (2014). Are there any indications that my applications will be accepted and I will get for the next semester?

Kindly also mention if any career or settlement (temporary/permanent) in a foriegn country is indicated.

Venus also suggests Foreign things to some extent ...
so from 2014 , There are chances that your application gets accepted ...
your 12th lord Saturn ( representing Foreign tour etc ) is in 12th house so there are also chance of residing there ...

but your moon is debilitated in 10th house with Mercury ... and moon is enemy of Mercury ...
so 10th house is little disturbed ... so presents of moon in 10th house gives chances of Administration , Pharmacy , chemical ( to some extent ) and Biology , software engineering ... but debilitated moon shows you may have to put Extra effort to prove yourself ...
