Settling in abroad

If the time of birth is correct , you are destined to settle abroad . Presently you must be away from your birth place. I mean after your birth you grew up in another city. Around 1998-1999 change of place is indicated . is it correct ?? Also frequent shifting of houses??? From February onwards chances increase with respect to going abroad.

Thanks for the update . Anyways you have bright chance of going abroad this February onwards......Please update here if you get chance to go abroad. In my view you are destined to say abroad.
