how does ragu in 5th house impact?

I have provided the details of my jathakam below.

Since we had the impact of ragu/ketu in my family jathakas, my parents did a parihara pooja at kalastri temple. We were told it could be attributed to forefathers actions (with due respect and pranams to them).

Could someone tell me how good/bad my actions in my past life are - my own poorva janma palan? I am an ardent devotee of Ram/Narayana. Do raghu in 5th and lord of 5th house (mercury) in 12th mean I haven't done enough good deeds in my previous births? Its kind of scary to think of the sin baggages from previous births.

I am married and we have a daughter. Astrologers say my husband has a male child (gothra varisu). Would my chart support that? When would be the best time for next child?

How would my relationships be with my children? I have a strong faith in lord Vishnu and have been praying to him for my children welfare. I recite Vishnu shasranama stothram.

Could someone help me with my questions. I would like to know certain specific details. I am interested in learning about it. (Parikaram has been done at kalastri for serpent god by my parents).

Female, 13-2-1983, 8:10 am, Kanchipuram.

1. Ragu in 5th (Gemini) and ketu in 11th (Jupiter). I read ragu brings focus to the house he is in - family and kids have always been my top priority, I resigned my wellpaid successful job for being a stay-at-home for my daughter. I did not have problems with conceiving/pregnancy (except an additional scan) but ended up in pre-term C-section with my BP shooting up at 35th week. My daughter was under observation for a week and I was in a different hospital. It took a week for me to hold her in my arms, Lord's grace, everything turned out to be good (thank Him).

2. FOUR planets in Lagna. I would like to know what that signifies (Sun, moon, venus, and mars). Financially, Lord has been kind to give me good standards - though in my mind spiritual things have the significant importance. I do welcome/enjoy the comforts in life standards but am also kind of minimalist in what I want (what I NEED is what I WANT. I cannot indulge/enjoy luxury, my mind stays detached from luxury). My mind is always in search of spiritual answers and purpose of this janma.

3. Lagna lord in 9th and lord of 9th in 1st (saturn-venus exchange). Moon (lord of 6th) in 1st. How does that impact.

4. My main thing is my lord of 5th & 8th (mercury) in 12th. Does that explain my dream world - I cannot stop thinking. I am trying to redirect all my dream world and thinking towards Lord Vishnu. How does it impact my relationship with kids?

My husband has Ketu in 9th so astrologers say we have a son. When would be the best time for second child? I am also thinking of getting back to work (or work from home) now as daughter started going to school.
