Hi Dear Members,

Are Vedhas applicable to the natal chart ?

For example, I am scorpio lagna and my ascendant and 6th house lord Mars is in 11th house Virgo. It causes a Vedha on Mercury in the 10th house which is the ruler of 8th and 11th house.

Does it mean that my Mars is obstructing Mercury's effect whatever it is good or bad ? If applicable, does it mean a lifelong effect of Mars on Mercury ?
