my DOB- 16-08-1987 , in khammam, andhra pradesh and timing is 2.40 am and husband DOB - 4-10-1987 and timing is 8.40 pm and place is gaya, bihar.
our marriage happen on 13-01-2012 and i have 10 months old baby girl.
our marriage is in problem. we went for divorce once in the court but couldn't happened due to some reasons.
now i want to ask what is future of my marriage and my baby.
my husband is in affair with an american girl and want to marry her.

yes. we went for legal proceedings. but couldn't happen due to some reasons.

yes you are right. before marriage i didn't see his chart.
from my side i m doing all possiblities to save my marriage but he doesn't want to manage.
My husband is in relation with an american of different religion only on facebook. they didn't met yet. but they both want to get marry.

i didn't perform any remedies
as i have filed the case for divorce but i has rejected by the court due to some mistake
