Current dasa of Saturn is weak in the volatile sign and gets afflicted. Current time does not look favorable for job and proposals. Next dasa belongs to malefic Mercury placed in the dusthana is again weak. Diamond is the preferred gem for your chart.

From what I see in your chart:
Ketu is dominating in most of the nakshatras and not doing a lot of good by controlling
most planets & Asc. remotely.
Ketu is the Most Malefic Planet for this chart, unfortunately.
Natal Ketu has a somewhat close aspect on the 7H and obviously interfering a lot with this marriage house.
Next: its Lord Venus, who is also the significator is poorly placed in 8H; but for this chart it owns
2 good houses and can be said to be neutral. Venus is exalted in Navamsha, which is helpful.
Moon is a friend and well placed but under the star sign of Ketu.
Sun is a friend of this chart but poorly placed in 8H.
Saturn and Rahu are crossing the 7H at the moment with the MMP Ketu over the 1H; this is a
temporary effect.
You have the friends: Mars(LL), Sun, Moon and neutral Venus to deliver the goods.
So when is the favourable period coming ?
The favourable period will be from the Moon/Venus period which starts
in Mid November 2015.
Please also do Prayers and mantras to the planets requiring attention.

Best remedy to appease Saturn is Vishnu Sahasranamam please chant this and see the difference....even for marriage otherwise Fast on Mondays and pray Lord Shiva
