Want to buy a house - Pls guide and help

Hello respected members

From past few days, I have suddenly got a strong desire to buy a house for me. Can learned members pls advise if this is ok and by when will I be able to buy a house. Also I need help as to where should I look to buy the house. I have following 2 options:

1) In the city where I am currently working which is a tier 2 city. This will save me the rent that I am paying and also get to live in my own house.

2) In Delhi-NCR which is closer to my native place and where I aim to eventually move so that I am closer to my native. If I buy a house which is already constructed then I would have to put it on rent which will then offset the rent that I am paying in my current work city. The other option is to buy a under construction house.

Also, I am trying very hard for a job change but nothing has materialized yet. Though interviews and all are happening for past few months and I also received two offers, I ended up declining them as the salary hike wasn't good. So pls advise that in-case there is a possibility of job change then I should cancel out option 1 and go for option 2 or wait.

If you have a need then go for it and take action.
If you have the money - nothing should be stopping you.
Weight up the pros and cons and you instinctively know the answer.
Try not do depend too much on astrology
