Spiritual or not, we live in this world because we are borned into it.

7th house represents our interaction with the world. It also represents the masses (4th of the 4th) and our standing beyond the workplace (10th of the 10th).

Very few planets do well in the 7th and mabye that is why most of us our lives are a mess in one way or another. The only exception is Jupiter since it gives good social standing.

Other planets do well here only if well placed. Saturn here gives strength and ability to withstand any onslaught of any aspersions cast on one's character. It gives someone who manages to be respected despite all odds. Venus here gives an end to enmity and if own sign, can give someone who has a statesman kind of disposition. Mars here gives someone who is a cheerleader for others who are in a less fortunate position even if he may be a bit rough. Sun here gives domination by others as well as the individual likes to dominate others but well placed it does give favours from the government or those in authority. Moon here well placed can make one almost like a king, people tend to listen to you and give you a sympathetic hearing in most situations. Mercury here well placed gives someone who is erudite and ability to impart the appropriate response to the world so that he looks good. He is also able to seize any situation to his own advantage. He is much respected for his communicative ability although Jupiter has to come in for powerful oratory skills on stage and generally.

Having said that, there are other houses which can come into the picture too, to see your progress in the world during your lifetime.

9th which is the 3rd to the 7th, is your initiation to the world. 9th is something like you are being introduced to the world, to get inducted. As 9th rules fortune, it is lucky for you if there is someone willing to do the necessary introductions for you to the world. It is something like a benediction. The person doing the benediction gets blessed too.

12th represents your expansion into the world including your foray into foreign countries. Although 12th represents foreign residence of a permanent nature unlike 7th where one still keeps a line of sight to the country of your birth, the Lagna, 12th also represents your contacts via electronic media too (12th is the 10th of the 3rd). As 12th rules your past life karma given to you for experiencing in this lifetime, whether you are suited to lead a foreign life, depends very much on each individual's fate.

The future of your interaction with the world is the 11th house. You take centre stage, make presentations, gives off your showmanship skills etc. Active planets here like Mercury and Mars, can grab the person on a whirlwind tour, leaving the person potentially breathless, but he would not be if the planets are well placed here for the simple reason this is the adrenaline that he needs to keep his heart pumping. He lives for this kind of life. While 3rd represents the net, 11th represents the sophisticated net like video conferencing two-way etc.

3rd which is the 9th to the 7th shows whether you have the initiative to keep in touch with the world through emails, writings, general correspondences etc.

And the world (7th) supports you (Lagna). People understand your disposition, your sterling qualities or otherwise. Aspect from the 1st to the 7th shows how you impact the world like your leadership qualities. Aspects from the 7th to the 1st show whether the world chases for your company, for whatever reasons.

what if you have both Saturn(exalted) and Venus(own house) in 7th house?

As venus is the basic karaka for 7th house affairs,its presence is not desirable
It may give the native either a successful business or an affectionate spouse
It may spoil either of the two,if not outwardly,it happens inwardly.
Saturn in the 7th gains directional strength,even then whatever happiness one gets
is either late or with second one.

Indeed partners are indicated in the 7th house.

saturn may make one happy into later part

second is in respect of either oneself or the spouse
sometimes it is the second attempt
like making the best of a bargain

I agree, but it happens only in 90% of the cases. But I've seen instances where Saturn acts like a natural benefic. Parasara talks about a raja yoga where if Lagna lord is abundantly strong and if 6,8 or 12 is debilitated then it forms a very benefic yoga. I found this to be true for natural malefics, take Leo Ascendant for example: If Saturn is debilitated in the 9th with Sun in one of the quadrants it brings almost no trouble from saturn and the period of that saturn would elevate the status of the native.

I recall one of my aquaintances of two decades with saturn ninth and leo ascendent
He indeed has rise of luck consequent to marriage
from a newspaper vendor he affords a car
Presently he is sad as his son keeps bad company and failed in studies.
Incidentally,ninth house is 5th from 5th.

Thanks. Does that mean, if one running Moon MD and Moon AD in 22nd age, Moon vargottama and exalted will have wait for 34 th year for full strength or person will not get complete yogas associated in 22nd age.

34 is the approximate age when moon chart may occupy a prominent place.
However,for emotional persons,and those who are psychic

Obviously if moon is in scorpio or taurus, the person is extremely emotional.. So does that mean the moon chart is equal to ascendant from beginning itself?

That would differ from person to person,
there cannot be a generalization.

It may even happen like a train changing the track for a limited time.

your chances of a getting a job is very dim but the current situation will slightly improve after September and slowly gets stronger by March 2015.

Both Sun and Jupiter's placements are very weak...I don't want to comment on it further.
