Venus and Jupiter Debilitated or weak in D1/D7/D9

Dear Guru,

I'm new to vedic, I'm curious to know these combinations. well I'm fortunate enough to not get such combinations but I do know someone who have similar patterns in their chart, is marriage impossible for such native?

Let's say a man have Venus in virgo in Rashi, Venus in Cancer in navamsa and Venus in Leo in Saptamsa, or we make it worst, all 3 venus placed in virgo, will the marriage be impossible to the native?

Or

To Make this even worst

For a woman chart, Jupiter in libra or capricorn combust in rashi, jupiter debilitated or enemy sign and conjunct with sun in D1, D7 and D9.

What if they have good to excellent 7th Lord or 7th house. How do we judge this?

Thanks for replying, but I don't have the birth data of any of this, I just made them up. want to know the effects of debilibated venus for (male) or jupiter for (woman) in D1/D7/D9 if they all never receives any benefic, neech or parivana yoga.

ClydeWongji....look..lets take a broad view here...venus stands for love,lust so if venus is neecha and 7th lord is good in men's chart marriage will be good but love part will be missing..,now jupiter stands for good undustanding and wide view of things if he is neech but good 7th lord ...,marriage will be good but undustanding will be some what bumpy..we can take that visa versa in case of neecha 7th lord and good karak..
Hope u got my point..,7th lord is important here..
