I'm new a vedic astrology and was interested to learn.
I'll take some of the planets in my chart as example, also some of my friend charts since I know what happened if its my friend.
I stuck at this stage where I don't really know how to apply my judgement. I got moon in scorpio (DB) in 9th, I do feel emotional sometimes but most of all I'm pretty optimistic, maybe because of jupiter Exalted in 5th house. Here's the confusion, do jupiter get weakened because of moon debilitation? and moon get stronger because of Jupiter exaltation? Mars, jupiter and venus in cancer in the 5th. the dispositor moon is debilitated. will mars hurt moon? I read certain books, and certain astrologers teaching, they have different perspectives. Mars is natural neutral to moon, mars is weak so in "Lajitadi avasthas", Mars will hurt the house he rules and the house he's in right? but he won't hurt moon because they are neutral to each other and mars got no strength to hurt planets during debilitation. Moon is deilitated and as the 5th house lord, she'll hurt 5th house and the house she's in 9th house. But jupiter is taking care of 5th house. How do I judge this lol.
one of my friend have sun and rahu (loose conjunction 16 degree away) in sagittarius in 2nd house, Jupiter in 10th in Leo. both are in good dignity, sun represent our ego and confident right? But he got no confident, I've been observing his chart, he got mecury and mars in scorpio, in the ascendant. In scorpio lagna, mars rules the 1st and 6th. moon in 6th (aries). In my immature judgement, he actually is pretty confident but his mind (lagna, moon) are influenced by 6 house. Maybe his mind was in stress? so it look as if he got no confident but in actuality its just because of his mind is weak? In navamsa he got sun in aries exalted sun.

mars won't hurt moon because there's a parivharthana yoga there.
besides that, all of the placements you mentioned sound really good. Lagna Lord exalted in the 5th, 9th Lord in the 5th in exchanged with 5th lord in the 9th. Not to mention 9th lord and 10th lord aspecting which is the best raja yoga there is.
what degrees are your planets in cancer and scorpio?
For the signs : Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces

Jupiter in 19 degree cancer, mars in 23 degree cancer and venus in 23 degree cancer, Moon in 1 degree Scorpio,
I have moon in 9th house scorpio, really signify interest in vedic astrology lol, put that aside. I heard two debilitated planets in parivatana don't really do much, I also heard exaltation power greatly decrease if the dispositor is debilitated, not to mention exalted jupiter conjunct debilitated mars. debilitated damage the house it sits in right? do parivharthana yoga stop or reduce the destruction of houses in relation to the two planets? from my perspective 5th house was damaged by mars and moon the dispositor is weak, weak house and destructed. jupiter and venus helped the house a little. why in your judgement is auspicious? Judging planetary dignities really an obstacle of my vedic journey lol.
