I'm trying to study deeper Rahu, but I don't fully understand the meaning when he is on the 5th House in Pisces.
I read some were that Rahu on the 5th would mean Naga Dosha, is this corrects?

If Rahu is in 5H(Pisces) that means you have Scorpio ascendant, Jupiter is the owner of 5H & 2H in that case which represents money, family by 2H & progeny, higher learning, romance by 5H. As Rahu is enimical to Jupiter, the placement of jupiter should be judged.
Naga dosha/kalsarpyog is formed when all planets are in between Rahu-Ketu axis.

Jupiter can control rahu so maybe not bad he is owning that 5th house. Luck through gambling?...i would rather see you save and invest wisely. Perhaps foreign investment bank or shares or large global company. Where is jupiter in your chart?

I also have this Pisces Rahu in 5th house and Jupiter is in 11th--no luck with love or money. Good thing i didnt have children if bad spirits could have followed. I have no directions left for helping myself to survive

It is recommended that we try not to take a singleton planet (and its placement) and try to analyze its results. It is very much akin to the mindset of modern medicine - to diagnose and cure only one affected part of the body without considering the body as a homogenous, interconnected whole.
Jyotisha has 9 planets and 12 houses for a strong reason - the outcome will depend on the overall picture emerging out of the chart.
From my experience any planet occupying Pisces signifies that the native has a close relative (or himself) that is very pious, saintly, religious/spiritually inclined person in his family. It could parents, siblings, spouse etc.,
