u 1st should have a neecha planet to have a neecha bhanga raaj yoga...haha lolz..
But jokes apart..hello u have u nice chart...,good yogas like mukut,raj yoga of sun + saturn but i can seen your mind in not stable..i advice u to wear a pearl on some aspecious day...moon although is in own house is been aspected by rahu and saturn and is with conjuction with ketu so wearing pearl will be benificial...

Kumbha lagna. Vricshik rashi
In my 9th house, libra, sun n saturn is along with mercury. Sun being neecha here n shani uccha. Does it makea neecha bhanga raaja yoga? Also bhagyadipathi venus is neecha in 8th house kanya.
