I used to have a very well paying job which I quit in 2010 so that I could complete my MBA.
But it just seems everything is very futile.
The salary is not upto expectation and also there is a lot of work related troubles.

There's a couple of things going against you currently
1. Sade satti on a kemadruma moon
2. Saturn transit over Ascendent
3. Rahu transit over Moon + Ascendent - and in your natal chart, rahu is debilitated, as is Ketu.
4. Natal Ketu is deb, and Ketu is currently transiting over your Lagna lord Venus.
All of the above means, the current period is hard, and will remain so for slightly more than a year. Jan 2015 is when things will ease off. The intent of writing all the above is to make you mentally prepared. The tide is against you now......whether you want to fight it, or go with it is upto you. You may, or may not find another job soon, irrespective of that, real improvement is a year away.
One other thing that might help you.
