Reluctance to marry

Dear respected members,

I request you to give your views as to if there is any astrological reason for his mindset / what is right time to get married for him and how will he meet his wife.

This person is showing a great reluctance to marry. His parents have asked him multiple times if he has a girlfriend outside caste (because his parents are very conservative about case issue). However they finally agreed to adjust if he had such a girlfriend. But he doesn't have. They want to look at alliances for him, but he is not open to that at all and claims he doesn't want to marry.
Another reason according to his parents could be that he suffered an accident last year in August, had a ligament tear, which has been healing slowly. However, he can walk well and there's no noticeable difference in his gait. They asked him whether he would like to wait due to that - to which he replies that the injury is not the reason. It is impossible to know what could be the reason as the guy while spiritual is not extremely spiritual or devoted to that cause, which might lead to one developing a disinterest in marriage etc. So everyone in the family is perplexed about his marriage.

The guy has already been asked several times about having an affair - especially because the parents are now okay with a girl outside the caste. However he replies in negative.
Also what is the impact of moon placed in 8th house when native undergoes moon mahadasha?
What is favorable time of marriage for him?
Is there marriage in the horoscope?

connection.7th house &its lord varga with 6th/12 th lord etc Or 4/8/12 strong connection.

I just have a passing interest in this subject - so I don't know in detail, can you please explain how this connection is apparent to you?

I can see that L1 lord is in 3rd house with venus . L1 lord is budha itself. Shani is lord of 5th and 6th house and in 2nd house. Which may mean a late marriage probably, being in the 2nd house. However, I guess, Venus - which is Jayakaraka for Men is in 3rd house and not under influence of shani.
Further lord of 7th house is Guru which sits in 4th house, Dhanu - Swagriha. 4-8-12 connection is not apparent to me, there is 9-5 relation of course of Guru and moon which is in 8th house. I would have thought it a good sign however that both were auspicious grahas. Also lord of 12 house is Sun which is in 2nd house with Saturn.
Of course you must know I am a total novice - just interested. Havent exactly been studying anything related. Thought of checking on the forum since the person is question is my own cousin.
