Yes, you are right usually everybody has some lines on Venus mount. It depends according to placement of Venus & planets in 7H in chart.

Isn't Jup aspect on 7H from lagna a sure shot indication of marriying from the same caste? Hence in my case which is more possible, intercaste or from the same caste? And what will be the possible time period for meeting my spouse or do I already know him?

U r right...,jupiter's aspects on 7th house and 7th from moon indicate marriage to a same caste as well as religion,but as your 7th lord is in 12 with rahu indication he will not be from your birth place....

I think your are questioning about caste/religion of your spouse, Yes as EM!. mentioned marriage will be in same caste but from distant place due to reasons:-
1)- Primarily Jupiter the lord of dharma(religion) in your case is not afflicted by Rahu neither in house placement nor in degrees(as it is 35deg away in your case), So chances of adapting other dharma/caste is less. Secondarily judging nakshatra is less important.
2)- The jal-trikona(4-8-12) are seen for for external world or out of this realm(especially 8H,12H) in which 4H is ocean, 8H is crossing high seas, 12H is life in overseas, here jupiter is'nt linked with these houses. In your case Jupiter(Karaka of husband for females) placed in lagna(self/nativeland/same caste) shows partner from same origin.
For Marriage to foreigner in overseas, Rahu should be involved with Venus(for males) & Jupiter(for females) in 7,9,12H especially 12H coz its a watery sign.

I have Rahu + Venus + moon in my 7H of Aries.
my ASC is libra with Exalted + Retrograde Saturn in It.
Though i am not Married but i believe that i could presume that my spouse will a weird combo!
