I am currently running Jupiter-Venus- Rahu period. Since 20 January 2009 I am facing acute problem in my job. I am being paid salary but no job responsibilities. When do you think this situation can improve.

Hi Sudhir,
The situation is such that all my position and responsibilities have been transferred to a junior. Department is comfortable with the transition. It appears difficult that work from him will be transferred to me.

I've received your email response and thank you for sending the feedback. I've read your chart. First be rest assured you gonna be rich and powerful. Its just that too much sweet spoils the pudding. Yours' is the classic case of kendradhipati Dosha. For your Lagna VE(a benefic) is the lord of 10th house. It would have been so better if VE was in some insignificant position or in a Kona. But in your case VE is in kendra in a friendly sign and for god's sake that's not the end of it; it is Vargottam too!!, too, too much sweet! So that's the problem, whenever the periods of VE would come in your life, You would face, insignificance,irratibility,humiliations with respect to your professional life, but I repeat there would be no permanent damage to your profession. And yes this period lasts till April '11. But no need to worry, the entire period till '11 won't be exactly the same, because there are intermediary sub periods also but by and large this period would be a bit worrisome. However soon after this would would be your Sun's AD which would spurt your position, importance and prominance.
Now for some analysis of your chart. ME(2nd and 11th lord) and Sun(1st lord) forms a great Buddhaditya Yoga in 5th house and a dhanyoga too. Then again SU forms a great Rajayoga as well as Dhanyoga with the 9th/4th lord MA. And above all all these yogas are aspected by all benevolant JU. Hi Anand,
Thank you for your inputs and analysis. I would say all the periods you mentioned were good except 99-2002, where I were struggling a bit to establish myself academically. The problems are on since April 2008. Even in 2007 there were problems relating to job. Can the reason be assigned due to Shani sade saati effect or Jupiter's transit to Capricorn. The major problem occured on 20 Jan 2009.
The pratyantar dasha of Jupiter saturn and mercury will come during 2010. Can these periods be good?
You are once again right there is no real damage as I am continuing to draw my salary and verbal harrassment is not there.
Relaxed to know that damage will not be permanent.
Just wanted to check that is there any chance of recovery in the same place with all my respect given back to me and my enemies in the office are defeated. Those who have snatched my work, work come back to me from them. It will not be enhancement of position but recovery. Can I keep my hopes alive in the current job.
Can I expect promotion and/or pay hike before 2011 ?
Generally I have observed that those who behave like enemies, sooner or later they suffer damage in a big way. In the current situation my enemies continue to remain powerful and that to for such a long time. Will there be any turn around?

Are you sure the entire period of 99-2000 was bad? At most the pratyantardasha of SA(Jan' 2001- May 2001) and VE(Nov. 2001-Mar. 2002) could be bad. Anyway there are transit effects also.
At present VE AD is going on in which particularly RA( Aug. '09- Jan. '10) and SA( May '10 -Oct. '10) would be a bit bad. So in fact after 3rd Jan the situation would improve a bit. Regarding Sade-Sati yes it indeed affects. Till 9th Sept. SA was in Leo, i,e. 12th from your moon-this was the most inauspicious period; from 9th sept. SA entered Virgo i,e. on moon sign- this entire period till Dec. 2010 would be auspicious. After that from Dec. 2010 the SA transits 2nd to moon which would be the even greater auspicious period, so you don't need to worry about Sade-Sati.
I would advise you too keep your calm and composition till April '11 and everything would be alright.
Your enemies would never succeed against you ultimately because 6th lord SA is in 12th aspecting 6th house. You don't need to worry on that front too.

You are absolutely correct. Nov 2001 to Mar 2002 was awful. Do you think correct situation could be due to Jupiter transit as well?
So no promotion and pay hikes till April 2011? If yes minimal?
