Interestingly the chara dasha you are running now also shows your turning spiritual. You are running the period of Gemini from where Jupiter (a spiritual planet) is in the 5th house (spiritual house) and aspecting the 9th and the 12th houses (both are spiritual houses). Rahu in the ascendant shows the foreign connection. 4th lord and 12th lord from Gemini are conjunct showing travelling to a foreign land. And AMK in the 12th house from Gemini shows foreign careen in it's period.

In this dasha spent a lot on books of astrology, visited two diffrent countries, slept on the floor on a simple mat and got lot of appreciation from my guru. I was wrong in thinking that Jupiter period should give unnecessary expenses because a natural benefic in the 12th house never gives wasteful expenses.
I am more comfortable with chara dasha than vimshottari dasha because there is so much to see from chara dasha angle.

And have you seen the malefic influences on the 4th house? But then, Mars in the 4th house and AK also there may mean your taking interest in buying a property/house or giving a lot of attention to your home. It can also mean feeling an exceptionally strong bond with your mother in this period.

my cousin has 12th house jupiter in leo for virgo lagna.
though very young (29years), he is a very spiritual man and has

Dear Sunilji,
I remember now reading about what you said in Bhavartharatnakar. I have got a very poor memory and that is one of the biggest obstacle to my ever being good in astrology. I know now why Mercury (the planet which signifies memory) is one of the chief planets for astrology.

Thanks Sri Rama for the feedback. I thought AK-MK in the 4th house would give a strong bonding with mother, but then I was wrong. 
One more thing, how has your worklife been in the Leo sub-period? Has it been good? I ask this because AMK is in the 10th house from Leo. i get very angry sometimes and can act for long term damage to myself.

absolute concentration.
and yes,meditation is the most important part of my life.
and very good in organisation,business management.
as for falling down, i am responsible for it myself and this happens
at regular intervals.
i reach a peak in whatever business/trading i do, then due to stubbornness have destroyed all in past.
i guess other planets in my scorpio ascendant navamsha (like jupiter in fourth,
mercury in seventh, sun in 2nd, ketu in 6th and venus moon conj. in 11th)
save me all the time i fall down.

this saturn/mars combination in ninth house but i have been very fortunate that
life got me turned towards meditation (the same stubborness is required
for matters like meditation, which is a never ending journey. the more stubborn a person, the better)
i could have easily been a gangster with strong anger and a mind which can go to extreme details and plotting.
but i guess what saves me is the equally very very sensitive side of me ,which in the charts
can be seen by very strong

According to my varshaphal- this year I have dwi-janma yoga and muntha in eighth and munthesh is debilited ju in 6th house.
