This question comes in medical astrology(which i don't know that much)..which is subpart of jyotish shastra...
The rashis play an important part in this..,the element,of rashi the part the rashi represents etc...like aries head,etc...the sence karak s are saturn for nervious system and bones and legaments,mars for blood and mucular actions..,sun for heart pumpation process,mercury and moon for respiration and blood flow and digestion system.(i think)..,venus for sex organs,jupiter of brain and intellect....hope this helped u..
