Dear Gurus,
For Gemini ascendant, can you please explain the effect of the Jupiter's aspects from the 3rd house(Leo) on Venus which is placed in 7th (Sagitarius). Is the beneficence of Jupiter reduced if it is placed along with Mars and Rahu in the 3rd? Please also throw some light on the extent of Kendradipati Dosha for this kind of a combination.

Kendradipati Dosha is not applicable as Jupiter is outside the kendra.
Study the degree of Jupiter and Rahu,the more nearer the distance between the two,the more afflicted Jupiter is with guru chandal Dosha.
Although venus and jupiter are basically diferent ,yet the aspect of jupiter on venus in the 7th house may be sort of protection as the lord aspects his house,he is expected to keep his house,for example despite the death/separation of spouse,the native may have something like a remarriage.

Thanks for your reply. I have got some specific questions pertaining to my horoscope. On the professional front, I have been trying for a change in my job for about 2 years but I have not been successful in obtaining my desired job profile. I have been taking every sincere effort to get to that,but nothing has worked out or seems to. On the personal front, I am looking to sell a house that I own and buy a new one if possible. My mind is just occupied with these two things and am unable to lead a peaceful life.When you find time,could you please give your general reading if there are indications that my above desires would get fulfilled preferably in the short term. I just want to take advice so that I don't hope for something that is not going to happen.My details are Male, DOB is 7th Dec 1979,Time of Birth - 6:55 PM, Trichy (Tamil Nadu).

Thanks Revribhavji. Just now I have completed the Sade Sati as I am Pushya born and seems like I have to take the pains of Jupiter's transit to the 8th.
