Will this native bear a child?

This is one of my relative's birth details. However i dont have the time of birth. Not sure if it will really be able to see from horoscope(without time details) if the native can ever have a child? She was married in 2006 and has no children yet. She has gone to a doctor and has been told that she has no issues. But her spouse seems to have low sperm count/motility which is causing trouble i guess. Unfortunately we dont know if the spouse's birth details are correct. I am giving the details of him as well(whatever we have). Her date and place of birth is correct(which i know for sure). She has started distancing herself from others and not wanting to attend any functions or auspicious events. Even when her mother tries to talk to her about trying any other methods, she breaks down emotionally and we feel bad to even talk to her anymore about it. I would appreciate if any of you could please take a look at her horoscope and let me know if there is any chance at all. We could at the least ask her to look into other options.

Its like finding one s way in the dark without accurate birth details.
From your post, I understand that the husband s planetary configuration
seems to be causing some obstacles in this area - sperm count/motility.
One cannot also determine the functional malefics and benefics of a chart.

In his chart he is presently running the Mahadasa of Jupiter - a prime significator
for issues. In Rashi chart Jupiter is not adequately well placed and is in the nakshatra of
of a strong malefic Rahu. Furthermore, in Navamsa - Jupiter is debilitated.
On the other hand, Venus, the other important significator is in the Nakshatra of
Moon who is not a friend; and in Navamsa Venus is in Cancer, an enemy sign.

The above are some positive clues and astro remedies to the planets mentioned, by both parties can
help - by prayer and manatras, done daily.
He could probably consult an expert Chinese Medical practitioner who may be able to
strengthen this area with their specific methods.
