You are running saturn/saturn antharadasha generally dasa chidra periods will be troublesome.Saturn conjunct with mercury in rashi aspected by jupiter making him yoga karaka for your chart.He is sixth lord in dasamamsa sitting in lagna,aspected by moon.Moon is closely associated by gulika and mandi in rashi chart,Mandi being very close indicating poor at mind related things,mother's health aspects.Also sun is associated with nodes in rashi and navamsa.
Currently dasa chidra running but still jupiter transiting on natal jupiter and aspecting saturn current mahadasa lord will give good results.
Recite shiva saharsanama daily,perform abhishekam to Lord shiva on mondays and saturdays.

You have a fairly strong chart and the recent setbacks were due to your 2nd phase of sade-saati where Saturn was transiting your natal-moon and aspecting 10th house.
I just want to make a humble attempt in predicting the timing of elevation/change in your profession using chara-dasha system of Jaimini. You are running Pisces-Libra period till 22-Sep-13. In your chart, your atmakarak Me aspects Pisces and your amatyakarak Saturn aspects Libra. Also Saturn is transiting libra currently. So you may have some positive developments by 22-Sep.

Thank You Dinesh Ji for your extremely scientific and logical description of the chart. Thanks to god_fearing also for your insights and predictions. I am quite hopeful now for my career which had been in doldrums since last two years or so.
Truly speaking, most of the things had been a cake walk for me since childhood, meaning effortlessly
I got things done in my favour as if some invisible hand helping me. But past two years the confidence had gone down (still continuing) due to setbacks in areas which were too trivial.
I am hopeful from your analysis and will continue to put in still more efforts.
Some jyotishi suggested shanivar fast and panna to wear??
Will it be fine...currently I am wearing no stones and only do hanuman chalisa everyday....
