Without looking at the natal chart, divisional charts in isolation make no sense.
A divisional chart is like a prism - split the white light of natal chart into constituent colors with each color for a particular aspect of life. The most important one is Navamsa, which is an expansion of the 9th house of dharma, luck, destiny for every aspect of life. Many traditionalists do not use anything other than the rasi and navamsa chart. Drekkana is an expansion of the 3rd house, indicating initiative and siblings among other things.
