With my limited knowledge, I would advise against this match even though Nakshatra Gun Milan is very good. Reasons being 1)Venus in Boy's Chart heavily afflicted with Rahu Saturn aspect along with Mars conjunction Sukra Angaraka Dosha (which Girl does not have). 2) Rasi Compatibility is negligent (Tula/ Saggi).3) Boy's navamsa and Rasi kalatra sthan also heavily afflicted. 4) 7th lord in Girl's rasi navamsa severely afflicted..

What is Venus Angaraka dosha?? --- in this case it is the conjunction of Venus and Mars.

What are factors that should be considered while finding a match for this boy?? Venus mars conjunction in girls chart is advisable. Make sure there is Rasi compatibility. Make sure the gun Milan is adequate. If I look for a match for this boy, I will at least make sure that the 7th and 8th houses of the girl are not afflicted badly.

Is it imp that the girl should also have Venus angraka dosha?? -- It is preferable.
