Since about 1999/2000, I had suffered from awful stomach problems. The start of it seemed to conicide with a nasty relationship and going to university which could indicate a stress induced syndrome.
My doctor thinks its IBS but I find it so hard to control it and it's definitely worse in stressful situations. My stomach makes such awful noises all the time that it's embarrassing and I avoid social situations due to this. It's like i've got food poisoning ALL the time. I've given up seeing the doctor about it because he doesn't take this seriously.
I just can't work out what is going on because it is getting so much worse as the years go on and its holding me back.
Is this ever likely to resolve?! I don't know what to do about it anymore and it makes me so sad.

Dear BETSY,
Your system is extremely acidic. Firstly make it slightly alkaline.Do the two things mentioned below for two weeks.
1 Squeeze half a lemon and add equal quantity of water and drink it.[no ice no sugar] first thing in the morning, in empty stomach.
2 Before going to bed add two spoonfuls[tea spoon] of slightly fried and powdered cumin seeds in a glass of buttermilk along with a few drops of lemon juice[may be even a tea spoon] and a pinch of salt and drink it.
Do this for 15 days and you will feel better and then I will give you a very simple remedy for IBS if at all you have it.
Try and eat fruits like papya and water melon regularly.

Thank you so much Ramanan, that is so helpful and I will try it immediately. I will buy all the ingredients today and let you know my progress as I go along.
It's horrible how stomach problems like this effects everything you do in life. I am hopeful this will provide me with some relief.
