I posted a similar question on a different board but there were no replies and this board seems more active.
My Asc changes in 3 minutes, and recently a guru told me that I'm Virgo ascendant instead of Leo.
My two questions:
1. Without paying to get birth time rectification done, if I identify more with Virgo personality than Leo, is it safe to say that I'm Virgo?
2. If a person is born on a cusp, does the person have traits of both ascendants?

It is difficult to confirm ascendant with personality. It is safe and wise to confirm with past events.
Birth time rectification is challenging. Another approach is to consider taking reading from both ascendant's and see which prediction has come correct.
