--an association between badhakesh and 7th house / 7L will be indicative of drishti dosh possibilty
--Gulika with Lagna also denotes the same possibility

The time of birth seems to differ by 5-6 mts. The so called evil eye or curse can happen when lagna lord is associated with/aspected by badhakesh.In your horoscope Kalasarpa yoga/dosha,evil eye and lagna lord a fiery planet is with badhakesh a watery planet.(Mars and Moon).It generally goes with curse of parents and kula devatha.

What is the badhak sthana for fixed signs? and if the lord of badhak sthana aspects the lagna, evil eye by others will affect to a greater extent?

Aspects are by planets.House aspecting another house is not valid.The analysis is related to each individual horoscope as the subject is vast.
