Since April, I'm finding that none of my plans are working and I'm in a lot of mental stress these days. Got to know that Rahu Mahadasha is the reason but I would like to know of any remedies and suggestions you've got for me. Would Gomed help?
Note that I'm wearing Zircon (5.25 ratti) in a silver ring in my right hand middle finger.

Hi ayush,
I can see you have rahu in 11th and you are a leo ascendant.
Rahu in 11th usually does well.. If you can share some more info about yourself, it might be helpful. Your sun is in 10th and very powerful. Tell me how your sun dasha was and also about other dashas especially mars which is your yogakaraka.
What is your profession and are you married? Regarding Rahu dasha.. how was ur Rahu-Rahu period? Are you rich? Answer these questions to get a clear picture.
Regarding gomed, do not wear it until we see if rahu is acting favorable or not for ur chart..
When wearing gemstones for rahu and ketu, we have to be careful.. They work differently for different people even in the same house.

I'm working as a Software Engineer and. yes, I'm married. I belong to a middle class family. Since past few months, I'm seeing problems occurring in my work life. Was scheduled to go to a foreign country for a project but it didn't happen due to some budget issues at customer's end and was informed in April that project has been delayed. Afterwards, I started facing some issues due to office politics as well. In May, I managed to get hold off another opportunity of foreign travel but it has not materialized yet. My wife left her job in May as we thought we would be flying soon. So, in all, I am facing career related issues. Two days back, while visting the paedatrician, he asked us to refer our son to a physiotherapist as it seems that it is a delayed development case. My son is 11 months old. So, this has ben another cause if worry to me. My parents follow an astrologer whose Organization publishes jantris and Panchangs every year. He suggested that I should wear Zircon 5-7 ratti in a silver ring in middle finger of the right hand. The same astrologer had presribed gomed in 2006 or 2007 (do not remember exactly) which I had been wearing all these years and removed once I wore zircon in May. Though I got the ring and wearing it now, but did not quite understand why was that prescribed to me as I don't see any issues with Venus. Note that I'd been to foreign country from Dec'07 to Oct'10.
I've tried to do daan as prescribed but have not seen any improvement in my life. Will you be able to advise?
