Is this single method to find Progeny?

Hi,
I read that to find a progeny possible for a male/female there is some Beeja sphuta and Kshetra sphuta method. Whatever result this method gives is the final result or this result can also get affected by planet's aspects?

also, is there any other way to find progeny analysis?
