2. If the moon is the fastest moving planet, the Lagna is more faster planetar position in the cosmos, that is for every one degree it takes 4 minutes time in motion, accordingly, the personality traits change.

1. I used simple English language words. Please analyse situation in which an incident took place . For example.. Human birth ...before date of birth the atma or life force was in side for ten months. In fact birth time is the time of conception...if a conception has taken place in particular lunar star...in case of normal delivery the birth of the baby will take place in the same star ofter the pregnancey period. Secondly human birth is the effect of total sins and virtues that we have to face in this birth's allotment..it will be noticed with serious diseases and chronic diseases. 100 pet cent trouble free human being will not take birth. For example after marriage a person wants marriage a beautiful girl with rich dowry, obedient in behaviour, skilled all domistic work and also in office work, should get good salary, ...finally she should not say no to any thing what husband says...if the situation is contra to the wishes of the husband...domistic unhappiness will take place leading to the experience of hell. Like day after night is coming, you can njoy happiness also hell. This is life.
But you have take a balanced view and decision. The life partner also is human being, she also born like male person, she also thinks in the same lines as male. Note that the two sides of coin will be on full.

1. It is not practicable to fix the Lagna time correctly, basing on such information given by you,
2. You take first noted birth time of Gemini, then get bava chart, .
3. From bhava chart it can be assessed the general trends. Uopto60 percent.
4 if the native has taken birth in the hospital check the hospital discharge certificate, they note the birth time some corner preferably near the date. In this case native's mother can give much helpful information, such d how many patients were in the room at the time of delivery, how many doctors/their assistants were there..from that ..few minutes can be identified before or after the first time you are telling.
5. Another recourse is go to naadi astrologer, they can say correct Lagna, but Rahu and Kethu positions will be one house before...this approach is only to know the Lagna. They read 100 percent correctly the past incidents, but not future
