I heard some astrologers predict spouse siblings, his/her living place etc. I want to know are there any general rules to find this information from D9 chart?

|| ॐ नमः शिवाय् || the lagna & 7th house, their lords, can give indication regarding life partner. but d9 chart should study along with d1 chart. for male venus & moon & for female mars, jupiter are imp to study.
