I am in same boat, so I know exactly how you feel & it has become very depressing & frustrating for me as well. I had an offer as well, but it happened exactly like your's - went away even before I could join. Then, everything was so -near yet so far and some times I did not even get called for an interview, even though experience seemed to match.
I am not an astrologer so dont know what is the cause in your case, but I left a job to come back to India and initially felt I will have no trouble in finding a job with my experience, but how wrong i was
I hope the astrologers on this forum will help you out, keep up the hope. Sorry, other than wishes I cant do much, since i dont know astrology.
